Donate A Car Canada now accepts Vehicle Donations for Hydrocephalus Canada. They provide free towing in many areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation.
A donation to honour the memory of a loved one or friend who has passed away is a thoughtful way to let others know that you care. An acknowledgement of your donation will be sent to the family or person that you designate.
Acknowledge a special person or celebrate an important occasion in someone’s life. A tribute donation is a meaningful way to say congratulations, thank you or best wishes. We will mail an acknowledgement letter of your gift or send a personalized card on your behalf.
Consider celebrating your special occasion by making your wedding day even more memorable and meaningful. The Wedding Celebration program enables couples to make a donation to honour a loved one or in lieu of wedding favours, gifts to the couple, wedding party, thank you or shower gifts.
Other Ways to Make a Donation
There are many ways to show your commitment and support of the Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Association of Ontario. Participate in an SB&H fundraiser, enjoy significant tax benefits through tax-smart giving, organize your own event or obtain the support of your company and double your gift. Here’s how.
Be a Part of SB&H Fundraisers
This annual event that runs throughout the month of June is designed so that everyone regardless of age or ability can participate. Help increase awareness of spina bifida and hydrocephalus in your community and raise funds by organizing your own Spirit Wheel Walk Run. This grassroots event has grown from year to year as people all over Ontario recognize that they can make a great difference one step at a time.
You are invited to participate in a ONE OF A KIND golf event. Our unique format challenges participants to play 100 holes of golf in a day! We provide special rules for fast play and you enjoy a fun-filled day (we don’t even keep score). Tee off by 8:30 a.m. and complete 100 holes by 4:30 in the afternoon. There are NO FEES - your golf day including meals is free! Everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, energy and enthusiasm! This is a very unique fundraiser.
Purchase a “Thank Goodness It’s Friday” Lottery Calendar for family and friends. Not only is this a beautifully designed, functional wall calendar, you can win cash prizes from $100 to $1,000 through weekly draws conducted throughout the year. Proceeds from this annual fundraising and awareness initiative support vital SB&H programs and services. Consider becoming a calendar seller and help raise awareness of these conditions in your community.
Small change can mean big change! You can help by putting our coin box in your place of business, in your home, or local retailers.
